Responsible

Preparation of P&ID in Smart Plant P&ID.
Support, Pre/Post-sales of Engineering software: Hexagon ALI products, Aspen tech and AFT software
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram.
Preparation of Design Pressure and Temperature Diagram.
Extraction of Equipment List, Instrument List and Valve List.
Extraction of Special Piping Component List.
Customer presentation, Installation, Training Provide support in resolving customer problem / issue.
Co-ordination with partner companies in resolving problems.
Equipment Modeling, Piping Modeling and Support Modeling using 3D modeling and design tools.

More qualification

Bachelor’s degree in chemical / Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience or higher.
Well conversant with P & ID, PFD, data sheets and hands on AutoCAD/ MicroStation design/ drawing would be an advantage.
Should be well conversant with Fluid Flow Analysis, both Compressible and Incompressible and basic knowledge of Hydraulics
Have knowledge of SPP&ID.
Strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
Conversational level in English skill.
Be conversant with ISOGEN/Isometrics, GA drawings, plot plans equipment design, Report Manager, Drawing Manager and other associate tools in 3D design tools (For Mechanical Engineer)
